A few testimonials
"For a number of years now, it's been growing clearer and clearer to me that the only viable future for Orthodox Jews is in Israel. There are a number of reasons for this, not least of which is that Eretz Yisroel is the soil in which our neshomas can most fully blossom. Today it's clear that the ground is shifting beneath us. We're all feeling it. I no longer see a future for Orthodox Jewry in America. I've known Reb Shimon for 30 years, I've seen first hand what he did for kiruv in America, and I'm intimately aware of his keen perception in terms of the needs of Klal Yisroel. Clearly he is assembling a talented team and it seems to me that they are poised to have a dramatic impact. Operation Home Again is truly an idea whose time has come. In fact I would say, 'Reb Shimon, what took you so long?"
- HaRav Michel Twerski, shlita
"R. Shimon! I'm excited about this initiative. There should be tremendous siyata dishmaya. Its time has come. The ancient, dormant love for our land has been aroused from it's slumber. The voice of our Beloved is calling, shouting: Return home! R. Shimon Apisdorf and his team are here to help us respond with a resounding "Hineni!"Wishing you brocha vhatzlocha!
- Harav Moshe Weinberger, shlita
One of the most precious gifts that HKBH has given Am Yisrael is Eretz Yisrael - a place that is filled with kedusha with closeness to G-d. The ability to live the life of a Torah Jew in a way that is not really possible in the galut. But for many people....living in Israel has many challenges...so I do want to commend Rabbi Nesanel Cadle and his community that is planning on taking many, many families to Eretz Yisrael to start a kehillah in Afula. This will have the [quality] of creating an educational system that is consistent with the needs of the children to create a sense of community under the leadership of a rav and in that way many people who as individuals would find it extremely difficult to come to Eretz Yisrael will find it much easier as part of a community in which they share the struggles and work them out together and they come up with solutions that will be good for themselves that will be good for themselves and for their families. I very very much commend this as the next great wave and the next great idea of aliyah, that rather than look at it as a one by one by one by one and each people struggling with difficulties, to kind of come as a group - as a kehillah and with unity there is strength. So, Bezrat HaShem may this effort be filled with beracha and may many many people be inspired to make the move to Eretz Yisrael which will be a precursor to the geulah shelayma. Shalom and kol tuv.
HaRav Yitzchok Breitowitz, shlita
